I'll tell you how right now. here's my setup
$60 condenser mic
$20 mic stand
free pop filter (usually 15-20)
$100 pre amp
$40 for 2 mic cords
$27 for insulation. (I tacked mattress padding to my wall)
I believe $60 for recording program on my PC. (multitrackstudio.com)
about $350 for it (not including computer and sound card- assuming you have it already)
