DatNutyNut, how can you teach this person about rap and make them a better rapper when you don’t even know the difference between Rap and Hip-Hop. Not only that, but you don’t believe that a rapper should “express” themselves “completely” when they are flowing.

How soon we forget… Remember you said the following:

i never got taught that rap is this FREEDOM OF SPEECH where u can diss every race u hate,

And my response to you was:

“I wasn’t aware that they had rap classes. Who was your teacher? Rap is a form of expression So Freedom of Speech applies. Whoever taught you about rap taught you the wrong thing dog! Since we have the freedom to speak and express how we fell, one can express anything they wish when rapping.”

In all honesty, You cant be taught how to rap. If you are truly interested in hip-hop, i would suggest you first learn about the hip-hop culture.

A good starting point for learning about the hip-hop culture and history would be The Temple of Hip-Hop (http://www.templeofhiphop.org/)

After learning about hip-hop and the culture, practice your rapping style here on rapdogs.com . Doing so on any other web site would be a crime.

After that, just express yourself freely when you flow. Rap aout things you know and are comfortable with. Don't try to be something your not. If you want to rap about killing, drug dealing or stuff like that, and never participated in any of those activities, it will show in your music. Just keep it real, and you should do fine!

Not to sound so ordinary, (can't remember how to spell clishay, lol) just stick with it. If you could be a great rapper in 3 months, would you even like it the way you do. It's not easy and thats why it is appreciated the way it is. Rap and rap so more. You will be good if you want it bad enough. Pz.
