How do i show that we're ready for votes?

Plz help, How do i change the name topic name from :In Progress: to :Ready for votes: If you are not the author?

If you started the thread...go back to the first post and edit the TITLE and make it say READY FOR VOTES...

but most of the time..moderators will do it...
