i apply for Level II Rap Dog status, and once i am admitted to this, where do i call people out? are call outs for all the Levels still made in the Call Out zone?

and then, once we do have a battle, the battle is posted in the Level forum that is appropriate to both battlers status? and once you win a battle in that forum, you may then apply for the next level?

you apply for level 3, 2, and 1. you call out in either level 3 2 or 1 and battle in the level you called out in. You can battle in your level or below i presume..

ok, now in usergroups, it says Rap Dog Level II, and then it says, "Your membership of this usergroup is pending"
does that mean that i'm a Rap Dog Level II and can automatically start battling in that area? :?

No it means its in the process of bein activated and accepted..

Mmmmm.....you would have to call out members that also have access to the level. This is why I think it would be good for mods to pair members together for their first battle at each level.

Yes. The other member has to at least have the same ranking as the forum the battle is in, or they won't have access.
