Rapdogs without a level can still battle in the old forums. You still call people out in the call outs forum, but you should let people know what level you are calling out.

Yes.
Abnormal, you can only battle in the newbie battle forum until you have 100 posts. Newbie battles is a practice staging area now, wins don't count toward record.

At 100 posts, your rank will say "level one - please apply to level one battle forum" or something like that. At this point you click "usergroups" at the top of the page to apply. The mod will grant you automatic access.

I would like to see mods pair people together that are on the same level. In addition to this, people can call each other out.
