Philly Producer, CHOPS is gonna be puttin out an all-star producers project later this year...its gonna be some revolutionary shit wid acts such as Mystic, Spontaneous, Raekwon the Chef, Phil the Agony, Bahamdia, Talib Kweli, Grand Agent, Dave Ghetto, Ras Kass, Planet Asia, the Mountain Bros, Martin Luther, Baby Blak, Krondon and 13.

Chops is on a new indie based in LA called Vocab Records (they’re in partnership with Goodvibe records). There are some articles in Billboard and other music mags. about the new partnership… Chops is definitely one of my favorite producers. He got the best of both worlds with that hard hitting shit like Premier but he also mixes in live instruments with dope drums. The best part is that he doesn’t base his whole music on sampling.
