McDonalds Advert

Has anyone else been watchin TV lately and saw a mcdonalds advert with clipse rappin on it and timberlake singin

in my eyes this was a bad move by clipse, for one it will not help rappin for a fast food chain and two for the second time with timberlake it was bad enough they had to involve with him on his song altho they did rip his song to pieces

i think timberlake is a pop star and will always be, he is not hip-hop no matter how many hip-hop producers he pays.

Any views from anyone on this matter?

I see what you're saying, but Clipse involved himself... he could have declined the offer... But I guess it's just another example of how people $ell out to the Mighty Dollar (the root of all evil)! If you look at it as selling out...

On the flip side, One could argue that he is just making a quick buck... you know, another hustle!

well its also a neptunes beat on the advert which i think at the min clipse are puppets to pharell basically. I would class it as selling out in a way because they already made a fortune off the first album and are dropping another album soon so its not like they are desperate for the money
