A little help

Me and my homie white c are looking for a program we can record with,

and use mp3s and make our own beats. I want it to ne realitevly cheap

and not tremendously hard to use. I know dis probably dun been

answered on here a milion times but if ya dont mind help me out.... ANy

ideas?
