I listen to music for music.
I watch movies for movies.

If the artist can act or just cracks me the fuck up (Red and Meth in How High) then I don't have a problem with it. But if they can't act for their fuckin' lives and the only reason they're actin' is because people will watch it just to see them, then that's bullshit.

Also, I think it was Busta Rhymes in Halloween Ressurection, cracked me the fuck up. Some dude hit him and he's like "You hit me like I murdered yo' fuckin' mother." LoL, cracked me up.

But, yeah...that's my thoughts.

No one realizes that Queen Latifah is now an A class actor now since her performance in "Chicago". If the artist thinks he is talented enough to make the switch from the music scene to the silver screen, he shall make that decision, but you know sooner or later, he's going to get feedback whether positive or negative.

I'll admit I am lazy and haven't read all the posts but I think Mos def is an amazing actor--he was in Hitchikers Guide and Bamboozled and like 20 others..also Andre 3000 has been in Revolver, Be cool and now 4 brothers and he's really good to.

I love Ice cube he was awesome in Friday and Barbershop but I can't take him seriously and Anaconda was the worst piece of crap ever---

Eminem has the potential to be a great actor, and worked his ass off for 8 Mile, even though he was kinda playin' himself, he still had some honest and real moments in the movie...Ice Cube is only good for comedy, though his last monologue in Boyz N tha Hood is incredible...LL Cool J is aiight...DMX is fuckin' awful.
