Mmm... think about it... Those guys are some of the most hyped... When in reality Nas has never said anything to make me go :shock: and Kanye, Papoose, Lupe Fiasco, are all hyped beyond belief... But none of them are too impressive on any front. Common I think is better than those guys but he is also really hyped up right now. Talib Kweli is maybe the only one I disagree with on that list... he's tight.

As far as underrated, Blue Scholars are definitely awesome and don't get near the attention they warrant.
