I'm from Slovenia and according to my experience, the best artist is Alien (Leva scena, Smetana za frende). His lyrics are dope and the beats are quite funky.

A lot of mc r in the East nowadays, Poland, Latvia, Croatia, Ukrain, Belarus, Slovenia. I dont really remember the names, u know, n I dont know wachayall rap about, but the fact is
that there are far more golden age raps than in US nowadays
