Im tryna get my game up in rap battles and i see a consistant theme in all of the votes i get: no punchlines or personals. This seems like a pretty big thing to win in rap battles the way they get voted on. cuz even tho i sometimes think i had a nice flow or creative words or watever, i cant get votes without bringin my opponent further into my raps. Especially since im brand new here and dont know anybody "personally" enough to get a good hit in. Whats some of the things you guys would do to get better in my place? Do i just gotta lose a few until i can get things on a more personal level?

no just look them up and research them look at past battles and just set up your punches add you creative words and multies in to your punches

look at his name...look at his sig..check the location...check his profile....
for a good punch...just remeber you are there to please the crowd..And annoy your opponent.
So add sumthin funny..and Most importantly COME ORIGIONAL......

check his avatar, sig, name, location, interests, all his profile and previous battles and all his posts, thats how u get good info on em :)

" do i juss gotta lose a few?"- not really.... i lost but that doesnt mean ima lose again... juss think before u jump back into battle... ok u get a few pointers and think your good to go.... think again... study the tips and hints before signing ya name for battles again... you'll see what im talkin bout
