Well, this is the wrong thread to post this, there should be a 'Questions & Answer' part of the forum you can look at which explains how everything works. Saying that, you should have noticed a 'Call out' section a few sub-forums below this one, here;

Basically, you just either respond to somebody else's callout [as long as nobody else already has], or you can make your own thread.
