Write something.
Now rap it out loud.
Do you haev a certain number of beats per line? Alternating Beats? Words that seem out of place?
Those would be things to consider if you're deciding about the flow i guess.
A good way to get flow, would just to be constantly rapping aloud anothing you write, and listen to what you're saying.

if u doin bar by bar
work with syllables
so say u write 1 line
i am so great i am amazing - 9 syllables
then u write
i am better than you all because i can rap well - 13 syllables
i am so great i am amazing/
i am better than you all because i can rap well//
besides the fact it dont rhyme. the flow is bad because its 9 syllables on 1 line and then 13 on the other.. try get the same amount of syllables in each line of your bar

Well.. syllables is one thign that you can work on. Another aspect of flow is just... simply put, how it soudns when you read it aloud.
read it with a partcular beat, and see whether you have liens that dont seem right.
You can have liens that have different syllables that still flow.
Life surrounds my planet, yet I’m all alone 11
I gaze out at the people, my conscious is home 12
Diff syllables, but read it aloud and it still flows decently.

What if you said:
Life surrounds my planet, yet I’m all alone
I gaze out at the people BUT my conscious is home
that's 11 and 13 syllables.
im not a pro but it sounds better to me like that
what do you think?
