Suge Knight had them both killed. I got this info from a video documentary called "Tupac and Biggie" which was made by a British Filming Group that found certain things never revealed. I will go in order with certain facts, both already known and never known. By the way a man named Haitian Jack was mentioned by Pac in Against All Odds (listen to it's 2nd verse VERY CLOSELY).
1. Haitian Jack, fellow friend of Pac enemy Wyclef Jean, was supposedly there in the same hotel room where the female that accused Pac of rape and Pac were chilling. Suppose Suge paid Haitian Jack to rape the girl and Suge paid the girl to say it was Pac and Jack to back her up, puttin Pac in a possision to where he needed someone to bail him out of jail. Before his court trial, Suge tells Haitian Jack to shoot Pac up while he's on his way to the studio where he was going to meet up with B.I.G.
2. When Pac is locked up Suge pays the penitentury to not allow anyone to visit Pac, causing Pac to be isolated to only Suge. Suge lies to Pac tellin him that Biggie is the one that set him up to get shot. He brainwashes Pac with all this rage that Pac never had before. Pac explodes on biggie and unneccesary beef is started. Suge is very smart and evil, gettin all of Pac trust and has him do whatever he feels.
3. The British Film Makers Talked to an ex-hitman for Suge (if u want his name, watch the movie) and the hitman said that Suge gave out certain requests for Pac to be killed.
4. A close frind of Pac and Biggie looked at the picture where pac was looking out of the car window when Suge was drivin' (who took the picture and why was pac looking like he was afraid of something. cause PAC KNEW at the last minute what was going on). The British asked the friend of Pac and Big (if u want his immediate evidence, WATCH THE MOVIE) who killed Pac and Big. He pointed out VERY BLUNTLY and said "That man right there, sitting next to Pac"
5. Suge told Pac to take off his vest.
6. The British also talked to a retired cop of the LAPD that actually SOLVED the case but got fired from the department for tryin to re-open the closed cases of Pac and BIG (WATCH THE MOVIE)
7. They also talked to an ex-lawyer turned felon that worked for Suge, i forget why but it points out more FACTUAL EVIDENCE that SUGE KNIGHT KILLED TUPAC AND BIGGIE
