Thats Their Range - However An ISP's Is Like This...

SO - When Assigned An IP That Is Dynamic, Next Time You Turn Your Modem On Or Off, You Will Be Assigned With A Completely New IP!

Which Means That The IP You Used Last Week, Is Not The Same As You Have Now - As A "Lease" On An IP Will Expire After 1 Week Exactly - 7 DAYS!

So In Essence - The IP You Used Last Month, Is Already Assigned To Someone Else On The WWW... Hmm....
