Both had a very fluent flow. Some bars seemed to fall off at places in both ways, but I think you both held it down equally, and had decent flow. Tie.

Dark came harder when it came to metas. Some were a little iffy on sense, but none the less, I think he had better metas.

-:Punches and Personals:-
I think this also belonged to Dark. A lot of what he said was funny, and I think some of Nemesis's punches were weaker. There weren't many hard hitting punches through out the battle, but I think Dark hit a bit harder.

-:Vocabulary:-
Both have a very good audio vocab. You used words that you didn't need to look in a dictionary to look up, but still had words with meaning.

-:Complexity and Creativity:-
This wasn't a great great battle, but it was still pretty good. I don't think either rose above the other in creativity, but Nemesis was a bit more complex. I don't know how, it just seemed like that to me. I think this belongs to Nem.

Dark, you have an accent, and it is really obvious. Although an accent helps in some places, this was not the place. Try to cover it up a bit more man, it kind of through off the quality to me. No hate at all homey, mad respect.
