Sony Acid is good.. if you can afford it... if not Audacity is good for recording for battle etc

erm... free ones? gimp is the best one... but if you're buying most people will Photoshop.. i don't make them tho.. so i don't know a lot abut either

and i use Acid.. so don't know a lot about Audacity either... but its what everyone i know uses if they don't have Acid

just remember to get the CRACK for the programs and codes

ur best bet is adobe audition, i got v 1.5 but v 2.0 is out now...its like the new cool edit pro...very user friendly..and loads of shit u can do
