flashplayer help plz

[hi-caliber]

for some reason..when i go to youtube or other sites that require flashplayer...it tells me i dont have the latest java or flashplayer..



problem is i downloaded it from the macromedia site..and still videos will not play...



if anyone with this problem or something similar...advice is needed plz...1ne
