Rob Sonic, who was once an underdog on the Definitive Jux roster, comes out swinging with his late '07 release, "Sabatoge Gigante".
His upbeat style of delivery compliments his clever writing the whole album through, and because he produces his own music as well, he is able to lay down every track with a sound that nears perfection.
The album at a glance looks short with it's 11 track line-up, but there are no skits, or tracks that are worth not listening to.
"So Dan...", you might be asking, "... why not just give the album five stars?". Well, while the album does stand up to par with all of Def Jux's releases of '07, the appearance of "Bus Driver" does not do the album justice. Aesop Rock is a great cameo, and he should be the only one.
