If your saying that because it sounds like something imature to say... no.
I've done acid a number of times and can honestly tell you that what they saw fits the description of an acid trip gone very fucking bad.
Not to doubt the validity of what these people saw, but it sounds like a publicity stunt to me. If your question is why are angels portrayed as babies? Simple, a baby represents purity. Angels represent purity.
And to answer your latter, my maturaty level is probably ten times that of the jerkoff that asks a question like that to begin with.
