new rapper needs help

what up yall im new to this whole internet mess i just wanna first say wuz up to all the aspiring rappers, producers, djs out there i got a question for yall. Im tryin to make up some of my own beats/instrumentals for my lyrics and i was wondering if anyone knows of a cheap piece of hardware i could come up on for this.
