That's a good idea. Personally, I wouldn't be able to judge. I need to hear the person perform with the audio production to make any judgement. I like supporting people in their art and would hesitate to make negative judgement calls.
Maybe we could have a forum just for Rap "challenges" and get a couple people to volunteer as judges....
